Help Jessica Raise Money & Support Barbara Bush Wing of Maine Medical Center & New England Cancer Specialist

November 19, 2019 @ 6:00 am - 4:00 pm

On November 19th, 2019 a portion of all profits at HIFI will be donated to support this cause. Read the story below:

My name is Jessica, and I am a two-time stage 4 metastatic colon cancer survivor. I am currently working on my third time as I am under regular chemotherapy at New England Cancer Specialist in Scarborough, Maine. In January, I will be going on year 4 of living with this disease. I have had 3 major surgeries because of this illness. First being my initial surgery to discover my cancer. My second being when I broke my leg due to my bones being compromised from chemotherapy. My third was a liver surgery.

I never realized how strong and willing to fight I was until this travesty merged into my life. I have stared at every obstacle head-on and tackled it with everything I have. Despite everything, I am still active and live life to its fullest. I am currently on medical leave of almost a year from my job at Hannaford. Instead of staying home and finding ways to dwell on the cards that have been dealt to me? I immersed myself in independent wrestling. In July 2017, I was introduced to Limitless Wrestling. By August, I was slowly working my way as a crew member to support something I believed in wholeheartedly. It didn’t take long to dive deeper into the business as I picked up my camera and delved into the realm of wrestling photography.

It was all a happy accident. I took some photos for fun only to be told that I should give it a shot. Almost two and a half years later, and I am a name known in this industry and work with Limitless Wrestling, Let’s Wrestle, Beyond Wrestling, Wrestling Has A Tomorrow. I also take photos at other promotions such as; Game Changer Wrestling, Blackcraft Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Takeover.

Pro wrestling saved my life. I was in a very dark place in July 2017 as I had just had a bad break-up, finished chemotherapy for the first time and was just getting back into work. I didn’t have a direction in life or a passion to fulfill me with purpose. Limitless Wrestling gave me hope and a new family of friends that are my lifelines. I will forever credit Limitless and Randy Carver Jr. for giving me a life I never knew I wanted until that special day in July.

As if I wasn’t deep enough in the business? I still felt a need to do more. To contribute and show off talent and promotions I support. In August 2019, I had an idea for a show to bring awareness to cancer and raise money to donate to the cause. I am incredibly passionate about speaking on cancer and how it affects the lives of the patient and any loved ones. It’s never a fight alone. There is support always waiting to give a helping hand. I want to showcase survivors and stories of people who know this fate but refuse to let it define them.

An idea was born into a legitimate show happening on December 7, 2019, in Enfield, CT at 2 PM. I have managed to produce this entire show and roster on my own. This show is to prove that no matter your walk of life? Pro wrestling is for everyone and cancer flat out sucks. I want to have a special day to highlight survivors and put on a show that no one will forget.

The matches announced so far are as follows:
DL Hurst VS Kris Statlander in a first time ever intergender match
Matthew Justice VS Alexander Hammerstone VS WARHORSE in a first time ever triple threat pick your weapon match
Wheeler Yuta’s; F*** Your Budget Gauntlet
Chip Chambers VS Covey Christ
Bear Country VS Milk Chocolate
Dangerkid VS The Whisper
John Silver VS Davienne in a first time ever intergender match
A special appearance from Ring Of Honor’s own, Matt Taven

I had a Kickstarter that was to fund my show and a book to produce my work over this past summer, but unfortunately, it only raised 3 thousand out of 5. Kickstarter is all or nothing, so I received none of the money. I had to start a GoFundMe in hopes that it will raise what is needed to run the show and pay the crew and to donate to the Barbara Bush wing of Maine Medical Center and New England Cancer Specialist. Ticket sales and merchandise funds will also be donated to cancer research. I want to give back to the places that have given me my life back. Despite still fighting this awful disease I never let it come in the way of my passion for wrestling and shooting ringside for several promotions. Cancer doesn’t have to be a death sentence. It’s a defining moment in choosing whether you want to fight or succumb. I choose to fight every single day.

Limitless Wrestling, Battleclub Pro and Ring Loyals are official sponsors and affiliates of this show. This show will also be a doubleheader with Blitzkrieg Wrestling. The address for the event is 4 Alden Ave, Enfield, CT. I can be reached in all of these platforms:
